Yes, the n00binos.
Why call them that? Let's see.... They've accused Avril Lavigne of stealing "Girlfriend" when it's only just the "Hey! Hey! You! You! I want to be your girlfriend/boyfriend/whatever" that you can tell the similarity between. Both songs send out COMPLETELY different messages and the BGM doesn't sound the same at all. And why are they (The Rubinos. There, I called them by their real name. Happy now?) making such a fuss when they stole the song themselves? How? The Rolling Stones has a song that has the "Hey! Hey! You! You!" in it and it has the same BGM as the Rubinos's "I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend". I'm sure the Rolling Stones released they're version before the Rubinos. So technically they stole instead of Avril. By the way, I'm not making this up because I'm a fan of Avril Lavigne. About 99.5% of what I said can be proven.
